how long will it take to lose 15 pounds with herbalife?
i am currently going to start the shapeworks quickstart diet with herbalife…my question is im goin to use herbalife and excersise for 30 min everyday…how long do you think itll take to lose 15 pounds… thank you for all the answers………
It all kind of depends on how big you are now. I’ve seen people drop 15 lbs in 15 days, and some it took 30. But to me I noticed that the bigger they were to start with… the faster they dropped the weight. With all of my customers I notice that they lose a bunch of weight in the first 10 days, then it kind of plateaus for a week and then they start losing more. Herbalife is high protein, so you’re building lean muscle mass as you’re losing fat…. and depending on how much fat you have to lose, will depend on how quickly your “#’s on the scale” decrease.
